Set in restored train carriages right on Santos Beach, this quirky spot offers front-row seats to Mossel Bay's dramatic coastline. The sound of waves provides the soundtrack as you tuck into generous plates of fresh linefish, calamari, and prawns.

The menu leans heavily on seafood, which makes sense given the ocean is literally metres away, but there's plenty for landlubbers too – steaks, burgers, and pub-style classics done well. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, with families, surfers, and travellers all finding their way here. Service can be slow when it's busy, but the setting more than makes up for any wait.
