Hennie's in George South, on York Street, is a sports bar and pub modelled on the American sports bar but with a South African flavour. Each TV has its own decoder, so different games can be shown at the same time. The group opened in 2018 and is named after Hennie, the bull terrier belonging to founder Rikus.
The kitchen runs a grill menu, and breakfast, called Brakke Brekkies, is served every morning. Bookings are accepted every day except on big game days and during major sporting events.
