Aharon Baruch roasts the beans himself in a traditional drum roaster, using only 100% Arabica coffee. The roastery has been running in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay, since 1998, and sits on Via Appie in Die Voor Bay.
Alongside the coffee it serves breakfast and baked goods, so it works as a café as well as a roastery.
