Plettenberg Bay's first craft brewery shares its Piesang Valley site with a brasserie, a bar, a boutique hotel and a kitchen garden. Beers brewed on the premises include Toplis Lager, Dulcey's Weiss, Newdigate English Ale, Punch's Pale Ale and an Irish Stout, and a tasting flight is available for anyone undecided. The brewery is owned by Simon Ash and Hilton Nagel.

The kitchen slow-cooks meat and vegetables in a custom-built smoker, and the burgers and salads use produce from its own kitchen garden. Breakfast is served, and the bar pours cocktails as well as beer. An outdoor deli terrace looks over the garden under a large coral tree.
